I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ken Ravon from SRI on a Zero Discharge Project at Cherry Aerospace.
Ken’s most outstanding characteristic is their focus on the customer needs. Ken does an excellent job on determining the requirements of the project, developing an understanding of the customer’s requirements, and managing the project to end. He has great communication skills and can direct tech
nical and non-technical personnel to meet necessary timeliness, as well as provide an understanding of the technical information to a non-technical audience. Ken interaction between the management and the operators were invaluable. Ken’s efforts and continued support of this project, once implemented, encouraged management to expand their original scope resulting in additional water usage reduction.
In addition to Ken being an outstanding manager, consultant and team player, Ken is a kind and sincere individual, who earned the respect of all team members.
Overall, SRI’s team is a very conscientious and a valuable member of our environmental team.
