TTM Technologies

Facility Design – Santa Clara, California

TTM Technologies is a global printed Circuit Board manufacturing companies with 13 plants in north America and Asia. Late in 2012 their Santa Clara facility decided to install an Electroless Copper line at one of their building. SRI was tasked to convert a B and F occupancy building to a H4 occupancy, bring 1600 Amp of new power, design a new transformer, bring a fire sprinkler system into the room and provide a complete engineering package for permitting and operation of this new system. In 2013 the construction of this facility was completed and the line went to production.
In 2016, SRI also designed, permitted and installed two acids and one Au/Ni plating lines, complete with exhaust, power, drain lines and ADA compliance parking lot.
