Tool Design
BiCMOS Foundry is a chip manufacturing facility. In 2006 SRI was hired to perform tool design installation for Novellus and MRC tools. Some of the gases used in this projects were Phosphine (PH3), Silane (SiH4) and Nitrogen.

SRI has successfully conducted multiple Tank Certifications for BiCMos Foundry in accordance with the California Code Regulation Title 22. This vital procedure guarantees the secure and environmentally conscious functioning of tanks operated by BiCMos. SRI adhered to rigorous inspection for the tank design, installation, maintenance, and testing processes, particularly for those housing hazardous substances. By conducting inspections, implementing necessary corrective measures, and ultimately certifying the wastewater treatment systems, SRI effectively prevented any leaks or spills. BiCMos demonstrated a firm commitment to safeguarding the well-being of the environment through these efforts.
